Great Lakes Resort - Family Suite - Suite 4

The people who work here are so friendly and helpful! First, Moe was great when I called to ask if we could use the property prior to our room being ready so that we could enjoy the day on the water. He was so accommodating and helpful - telling me all about the area and what it has to offer. The room was ready about an hour early, which we appreciated and it was exceptionally clean. It had all the basic necessities stocked and ready for us. It slept our family of 6 snugly, with 2 in each room and two on the pull out sofa. It was easy to get to the beach and the kids had a blast playing pickleball, volleyball and basketball. We did not take advantage of the game room because it was so hot when we were there, but we did look in and it looked like a great place to spend some family time together. They recommend that you bring water shoes and I cannot stress that you listen to that recommendation enough. The shoreline is ROCKY! It is beautiful, but it's not friendly on the feet. We were lucky to find a decent amount of sand after walking out about 20-30 feet. But that has nothing to do with the resort, that is just the lake for you in this area! The resort is also really close to Lexington, which is super cute and had another beach at Tierney Park that is pretty sandy with all new facilities. Overall, we had a great time and will be back to hopefully spend a couple more nights. Thanks, Moe!

This resort feels like a hidden gem by the lake. The scenery is absolutely beautiful, and the peaceful atmosphere makes it the perfect place to unwind and recharge.

Now, a wonderful memory of the serene, Owner is cool, staff is amazing and I'm thankful . Robert quiet, beautiful colors in the sky; walking to the private beach from my 2 bedroom suite with my puppy Cali in the early morning to watch the sunrise. The amenities are bountiful from basketball, pickleball, volleyball, paddle boards, kayaks and simply wading/lounging in the lake, or a long walk along the beach....miles and miles if you choose:) The grilling areas for each building along with the fire by lake options make this location a must. For singles, couples, groups or family reunions. There are 1/2 bedroom suites, the big house and the lake house to choose from. Make some beautiful memories here:). I am looking forward to making more! The owner is cool, the staff is amazing and I am thankful. Robert
